This Return Policy applies to physical Press Tracker branded merchandise (such as hats, polos, and other gear) purchased from the Press Tracker online store at presstrackerapp.com. It does not apply to the Press Tracker app or any digital products or memberships.
1. Returns
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
- Return window: you may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
- Condition: non-defective items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, in their original condition with any tags attached. Defective items are accepted in any condition.
- No restocking fee. We never charge a fee to process your return.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges (for example, a different size or color) within the same 30-day window, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email support@presstrackerapp.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address. Returns are sent by mail; there is no in-person return location.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the cost of return shipping and will provide a prepaid label.
- All other returns (for example, change of mind or wrong size ordered): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
